Do you clean around our patient hours?Yes. Most practices prefer evenings, early mornings, or weekends so cleaning never interferes with patients or staff — but if you'd rather we clean during office hours, we're happy to do that too. It's your call.

Is your staff background-checked?Every Truly Clean cleaner is background-checked, a W-2 employee (never a subcontractor), and trained one-on-one by Jim or his assistant before working on their own.
