The Deep-Clean Detail Work
Surfaces that go untouched on most “deep cleans.” We get them all.
- Baseboards — wet-wiped on hands and knees with warm soapy water to lift stuck-on dust
- Glass shades on light fixtures — wet-wiped to remove the baked-on dust, especially in bathrooms
- Ceiling fans — step stool plus a wet-wipe of the blades, lights, and motor
- Window sills and double-hung sash ledges — wet-wiped to clear dust (and dead flies and ladybugs)

We thoroughly spray, disinfect, and shine every kitchen surface.

We use Dyson vacuums and high-quality microfiber mops.

- Reach edges and under unmovable furniture with the vacuum wand
- Wet-mop all hard floors
Dusting
We dust every visible surface — including the fingerprint oils, mug rings, and streaks others miss.
- Cobweb-dust ceiling edges
- Chair rail
- Everything on walls (even a thermostat or door chime)
- Electronics
- Desks, tables, counters, cabinets, and shelves
- Mirrors and glass — streak-free

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the home need to be empty?
No. We can do a move-in / move-out clean whether the home is occupied, partly furnished, or empty. An empty home just opens access to more surfaces — cabinet interiors, inside the refrigerator — so more of the optional add-ons apply. Pick the ones that fit your situation.
How is this different from a regular deep clean?
A regular deep clean is the same level of detail, but it’s done in a lived-in home — meaning we clean around what’s there. A move-in / move-out clean takes advantage of an empty (or near-empty) home to reach what we usually can’t, and lets you add optional tasks like inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, and cabinet interiors.
How much does it cost?
Move-in / move-out pricing varies too much for our instant pricing tool to give an accurate number — the price depends on which optional add-ons you want, the home’s condition, and the number of doors or cabinets. Give us a call or send an email with the basics and we’ll get you a rough price. We confirm the exact price after a quick walkthrough.
How long does it take?
It varies widely, but usually two cleaners for a full day. We take the time the home needs — no rushing.
Do I need to be there?
No. You can be there to let us in, or give us a key or a door code — as long as we have access. We’ll text or call when we’re wrapping up so you can walk through if you’d like.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes. We bring everything — Dyson vacuums, microfiber mops, and brand-name cleaning products like Lysol, Windex, Pledge, Mr. Clean, and Clorox. You don’t need anything on hand.
What if I’m not happy with the cleaning?
Call or text Jim. If something we cleaned doesn’t pass inspection, we make it right, right away. Or if you’d prefer, we credit you the value of the work. No debate.
