Questions People Ask Before They Call

How much does cleaning cost?For homes, recurring visits start at $80 — where yours lands depends on size, condition and how often we come, and the estimator on our pricing page gives you a number in about 30 seconds. For offices, most small to medium spaces we quote land between $100 and $150 per visit — see what commercial cleaning costs. Either way the free walkthrough confirms the price before you book.

Is the first cleaning more expensive?No. Many companies add a separate deep-clean fee of $250 or more before recurring service starts. Yours is free, with no cap, built into your first regular cleaning — whatever shape your home is in. New commercial clients get their first cleaning completely free, up to $250.

Do I need to be home? Can you clean our office after hours?Most of our home clients give us a key, code or garage opener and we let ourselves in — some prefer to be home, and either works. For businesses, after-hours and overnight cleaning is what most of our commercial clients book: your team and your customers see a clean space and never see us cleaning.

Will the same cleaner come every time?Yes, whenever possible. We assign you a primary cleaner so you are not getting a different stranger each visit, and they learn your space. If they are sick or on vacation we send a backup we trust. Six of our twenty-one employees have been with us seven to ten years.

Do you bring all the supplies?Yes — everything, including vacuums. Microfiber mops, dusting cloths and the products themselves. You do not need anything on hand. If you would rather we use specific products in your home or building, we are happy to.

Do I have to sign a contract?No. We do not lock you in. Cancel anytime — our work is our bond.

Are you insured and bonded?Yes — $1M general liability, $2M aggregate, bonded, and workers’ compensation covered. Every cleaner is a W-2 employee of ours, never a subcontractor, and a certificate of insurance is available on request.

What if I am not happy with a cleaning?Tell us — that is what our feedback page is for. We ask because it is the only way we get better. If it is something small we will correct it and make sure it does not repeat. If it is significant, we come back out and fix it, the same day when we can. That is our performance guarantee.
