How we collect, use, and protect the information you share with us.
Plain-English summary: We’re a local cleaning business. We only collect information you give us through our forms, and we use it to respond to your inquiry, schedule cleanings, run our business, and measure our advertising. We don’t sell your information to anyone. If you want your information deleted, email us at jim@trulycleanllc.com and we’ll take care of it.

Truly Clean LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a residential and commercial cleaning company based in Hanover, PA, serving South Central Pennsylvania since 2009. Our website is trulycleanllc.com. You can reach us at jim@trulycleanllc.com or (717) 634-8659.
What information we collect
Information you give us
When you fill out a form on our site (pricing tool, contact form, booking page, or employment application), we collect:
- Name
- Phone number and/or email address
- Service address or city (for cleaning quotes)
- Frequency and scope of cleaning needs
- For job applicants: cover letter, resume, work history, and any other details you choose to share
- Anything else you type into a message or notes field
Information collected automatically
When you visit our site, we (and our service providers) automatically collect:
- Pages you view and how long you spend on them
- The website that referred you (Google search, ad click, social link, etc.)
- Your approximate location (city/region — not your exact address)
- Browser, device, and operating system
- Anonymous interaction data — clicks, scrolls, form submissions
How we use this information
- Respond to inquiries about cleaning services or employment
- Schedule walkthroughs, estimates, and cleaning appointments
- Send invoices, receipts, and service-related messages
- Improve our website based on visitor behavior
- Measure ad performance (so we know which ads bring real clients)
- Comply with legal obligations (taxes, employment records, and the like)
Third-party services we use
These services help us run the site and the business. Each has its own privacy policy, and we link to a couple of the bigger ones below:

- Google Ads — conversion tracking to measure ad effectiveness
- Web3Forms — routes form submissions to our email
- Zoho Mail — receives and stores emails and form submissions
- Netlify — hosts our website
- Google Workspace / Calendar — scheduling and email
We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Cookies and tracking
Our site uses cookies for analytics and ad measurement. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work as well without them, but you can still browse the site and contact us by phone, email, or text.
How long we keep your information
- Lead inquiries (from contact, pricing, or booking forms): up to 2 years, then deleted unless you become a client
- Active client records: as long as you’re a client, plus 7 years for tax and accounting records as required by law
- Job applicant info: 1 year, then deleted unless you become an employee
- Analytics data: retention is set inside Google Analytics 4 (14 months by default)
Your rights
You can:
- Ask what information we have about you
- Ask us to correct or update your information
- Ask us to delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements above)
- Opt out of marketing emails at any time
Email jim@trulycleanllc.com with your request. We respond within 30 days.
California residents
If you’re a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) gives you additional rights: the right to know what we collect, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information in the way the law defines those terms, so there is nothing to opt out of — but you can still email jim@trulycleanllc.com to exercise the other rights.
Children’s privacy
We don’t market to anyone under 18 and don’t knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, email us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. We may also note material changes in the site footer or email you if we have your address on file.
